Entry Fee:      $6.00 per runner, $10.00 per relay max $100.00 per school.

Medals:          Top six times for each event (not race, as there will be many races per event), except relays (first only).

Track:            All Weather (3/16” pyramid spikes)

Races:            Will be broken down by time/ability level

Digital Clocks:Will be set-up at the start/finish line as well as at the 200m mark

            2:00     Frosh/Soph Boys 3200m (they can also run 1600 or 800)

                        Girls 1600m

                        Boys 1600m

                        Girls 800m

                        Boys 800m

                        Girls 3200m

                        Boys 3200m (Varsity)

                        Girls 1600 Relay       (you may run as many relay teams as you want)

                        Boys 1600 Relay       (you may run as many relay teams as you want)

We will have sections when we have large numbers in races.

This meet has proven over the years to provide good early season marks
