The CIF State Championships are held at On this Track for many reasons:

Since it inception in 1927 the West Coast Relays has been one of the most exciting meets in track and field history. With the new world class track (Mondo) in place the meet should provide fast times. Fifty-two schools were represented totaling over  700 athletes, this year’s meet promises to be the same. On Saturday, March 31, 2012 at Buchanan High School the tradition of the West Coast Relays caries on. This meet is the largest meet in the central valley and has been growing each year. Finishlynx timing will be used for all running events. Three levels of competition (invitational, seeded and open) provide true excitement in all events.
The West Coast Relays is the same site as the 2012, 2013 and 2014 State Track & Field Championship.

Where: Veterans Memorial Stadium at Buchanan High School 1560 N. Minnewawa Clovis CA 93619
Home of the 2012, 2013, and 2014 State Track & Field Championships
Host: Buchanan High School
Venue: Nine lane Mondo all weather track, full snack bar, Finishlynx timing
Spikes: Spikes must be 3/16" or smaller (all spikes will be checked at Gate and must be changed before entering)
Awards: Invitational 1st-Sweat Shirt, 2^nd & 3^rd T-shirt
                Seeded and Open1^st-3^rd Key chain medals
Entries: This is a qualifying meet. All marks received will be taken and those with the top entered marks for the 2012 season will qualify for meet. Invitational, seeded and open events will filled based on entered marks.
Each school in only allowed to enter three athletes per event (except the 1600, 3200 and pole vault will receive 4 entries per school)

2012 marks only. Do not make up marks for athletes.

Cost: $6.00 per athlete, $10.00 per relay, max of $200.00 per school (Do not send entry fee until you receive qualifiers)
